DINING AREA Free standing table (extendable for 6 people), 4 chairs + 2 extra folding chairs under main double bed .

BEDROOMS Double bedroom with double bed fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets and dressing table.
Two twin rooms both with 2 single beds and single fitted wardrobe.
Quilts, pillows & linnen are all supplied. (linnen, quilts and pillows for fold out bed are on top of units in master bedroom.

SHOWER ROOM Toilet, shower cubicle, hand basin and heated towel rail. (we do not provide towels)

SEPARATE TOILET Toilet and hand basin separate to the shower room.

WI-FI Unlimited Wi-Fi is avaliable inside and around the caravan

HEATING Fully double glazed with gas fire in main room and electric heaters in all other rooms.

PARKING Allocated parking for 2 cars situated next to the accommodation.

NON-SMOKING & NON-VAPING Please be advised that all of T.J'S holiday homes are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.

£25 secure date - this secures your booking and will be deducted off the final balance.

£50 damage & cleaning deposit/cancellation fee - this is required to be paid with the final balance & will be returned after the caravan is checked.
